5 things I will do differently in 2026 – as an artist and entrepreneur

Welcome to the new year.

I don't know about you, but I'm tired of vague resolutions that disappear by mid-January.
I want to make changes that will truly make my life as a musician and entrepreneur easier, clearer, and more powerful.

That's why today I'm sharing 5 specific things I 'm doing differently in 2026. Maybe it will inspire you to write your own list.

1. I often say no in order to find the right yes.
In 2025, I said yes to too many projects, even though my gut feeling had long since protested. In 2026, I ask myself thefollowing question with every request:
Does it bring me closer to my goal? Or does it rob me of my strength?

2. I plan content realistically—with real stories instead of pressure.
I don't want to have to post something every day anymore.
Instead, I plan 2–3 formats that really suit me. More depth. More music. More personality. Less pressure.

3. I work with people who are good for me.
Whether it's booking, coaching, or collaboration—in 2026, I'll only put things in my calendar that are respectful, clear, and honest. I'm not here to please everyone. I'm here to make an impact.

4. I maintain my visibility like an instrument.
Website, press kit, Spotify profile, email list—these are not side jobs.
This is the stage behind the stage.
I plan a visibility check every month, not out of obligation, but out of respect for my art.

5. I allow myself real breaks.
Not as a reward. But as part of my system.
Because only when I recharge can I give.
2026 will not be my burnout year. It will be my breakthrough year, with balance.

And you? What will you be doing differently in 2026?

Write it down. Write it in the comments. Or whisper it to yourself.
But above all: make it real. And do it for yourself.

Kind regards
