Christina's experience
Christina Baur has over 10 years of experience in the music and creative industries, including as an artist manager in Munich, London, and Los Angeles.
She has worked with labels, radio stations, studios, and festivals in Germany and the USA, gaining insight into both the creative and business challenges of a music career.
In recent years, she has supported more than 200 artists in stepping into the spotlight and realigning their careers for greater visibility.
In addition to her work in international management, Christina is the founder of the Empowering Music Community (EMC). She collaborates closely with vocal coaches, Spotify contacts, recording studios, and industry business partners.
Her strength: supporting artists in a strategic, structured and individual way - from the first song to a scalable career.
